Editing a reservation via your inbox
- Log in to your account and select the appropriate property.
- Select Inbox.
- Select the appropriate guest name. You can use the All Messages drop-down menu to filter your conversations.
- Select Edit booking.
- Edit or add the information as needed.
- Select Save.
Editing a reservation via your calendar
- Log in to your account and select the appropriate property.
- Select Calendars from the navigation menu.
- Select Reservations.
- Select the reservation in your Reservation List. This will take you to the Edit Reservation page.
- Edit or add the information as needed.
- Select Save.
Accept or decline a change requested by your guest
- Your guest sends a change request to you from their guest account. They can request to change booking dates, the number of guests, check-in time, or any other detail of the booking.
- Log in to your account and view the request in your Inbox.
- Reply to the guest to accept or decline their request.
- If you need to change the price of the reservation, create a payment request or payment refund.
Note:
- You can only edit a reservation if the status is Booked, Reserved, or Post Stay. You can't edit Cancelled or Timed out bookings and inquiries.
- When you change a reservation, your cancellation policy dates are updated to match the stay dates.
