- Great and detailed listing content that is up to date, including up to date calendars
- Set and maintain fair, competitive, and consistent pricing
- Timely responses to questions, enquiries and requests (24 hour expirations periods)
- Set structured cancellation policies for travellers to easily see your policies without searching through a rental agreement or attachments,
- Accept and honor bookings (low cancellation)
- Keeping hospitality/access/address etc. information within the system and up-to-date (only shared with confirmed bookings, but ensures your travellers can get into the property during their stay and aren’t stranded)
