We do recommend that hosts reply to all messages from guests within 24 hours. If your booking has been confirmed and your stay is more than 24 hours away it may take the host slightly longer to get back to you.
You may find the host’s contact details by logging into My trips and selecting your upcoming trip. You may see the option to message the host and see their telephone number.
If your query is urgent and the host is not responding to email, we recommend that you contact them directly by phone if they have provided a number. If the host does not answer the first time you try to call, we recommend that you leave a voice mail if possible and try to call again later.
If you have not been contacted by the host and you are due to check into the property in less than 24 hours, please contact customer support team and we will try to contact the host on your behalf.
